    Yea I struggled with most of the strongman stuff,the tyre flips were hard but the keg press and udls were alot harder than I thought it would be. Cheers for taking the time to put the vidoes up!! And thanks for the comp!

    saw the usual stuff today....half way squats, half way chins, half way bench.....must have been everyone do everything half rep day.

    Ill most likely enter it, after hopefully meeting you guys at this mini comp coming up next month would be good to hear how you guys (sticky & Gareer) went on the weekend with the whole experience at the bench comp and to know people there when I enter.
