    Well that's why I like getting on these forums to get another point of view. Agree with having BCAA's during and post workout. I like to sip on Peptopro while I train, or sometimes my BCAA+G mix, works good for me.

    My Biochemist told me this years ago, and I have read many articles regarding this topic. Try having some WPI in milk 30min before training and see how you feel. I know how if feels for me. Blahh lol

    I have noticed a lot of people on this forum have milk with their Whey protein which is unusual because WPI is expensive and you are turning it into casein. Great at bed time though.

    I wish I could eat food like that and not get fat as. If you are not adding any body fat now you should be safe having the extra carbs at least with your PWO shake.

    All these shakes sound too good to be a shake, more like a meal lol. I have the following post workout: peptopro 10g BCAA 5g Glutamine 3g Creapure 3g L-Carnitine L-Tartrate 2g Then I have a meal with carbs within an hour after that.
