    Exertion Headaches

    so a few of the guys who were at stickys huose over the weekedn know I got a exertion headache whislt doing the UDL's. I had a rest yesterday and trained again tongiht at my mates.. we did heavy squats I was fine then did heavy bench and on my 5th rep bang shapr stabbing pain in my head big time...

    Ben is like 85kg... strong boy but needs to up his squat... he goes like 165/150/220 ... + can clean and press well over 100 but he will squat and dead more then that on saturday at stickys comp so we will know his lifts then.

    2011 lifting goals

    ill compete the capo states and nationals and the 2 pro raw events aswell as a few strong man events.. Goals by nationals next year be 80kg 7-8% BF RAW Squat 240 Bench 160 Dead 270 would love to stay injury free and crack a 700 total under 80kg but realisticly that may be 18-24 months away...

    Where do you want to be in 5 years?

    still lifting for me.. Id love to go 18 months with no knee / back injury cause I know the results would flow. over the last 2 years the longest ive stayed injury free is 6-8 months which is what im at at the moment(bar the shoulder) and is the reason my squat and dead are getting back to there...

    for shizzle shre nizzle... looks like that salad if floatig in olive oil... thats the shiznit.. I only have canned tuna 4 or 5 times a day and steak once... chewyonalivenizzle . I love fresh tuna aswell buts its the convenience of opening up a can and chuckinging some vegies in the microwave...

    Bench Press: Avoiding Shoulder Injuries

    I got a good tip... dont do single handed barbell roll outs... will stuff ya shoulder for sure and ull bench like a little girl like me for the rest of your life.
