    Here is a quick recipe for you all to try 1 x 425gm tin of tuna in olive oil 1 x tin of four bean mix 1/2 red onion (diced) 1/2 handfull of parsley 1-2 chillies (depends how hot you like it) Mix all ingredients together and enjoy:)

    I have been eating desert for 5yrs with limited results but now that my taste buds have matured i have realised (shown the light by markos) that if you eat all your meat and potatoes you dont need desert. You will also achieve more as there is no longer any useless calories (so to speak):)

    Yes i agree and think that most will pay a bit extra for aussie products but thats where we have to blame the importers/ shops for maintaining the price instead of passing on the savings from the high australian dollar

    Cheat days/meals

    Cheat meal is sat night with my fiancee,we sometimes go out for dinner or just have hommade pizzas or the likes still very healthy but just tend to eat far to much. Oh yeah and then some chocolate or chips and a dvd:)
