    let's say it's a full body workout, squat, sldl, bench, row, press, curls. 3 sets each and about 1-2 minute rest between sets. roughly how many calories are burnt?

    thoughts on deload when you hit a plateau? It doesn't seem to work for me. I end up working back up to the same weight and get stuck again. rinse, repeat, fail. how about just plugging away at the same weight every week till you start getting stronger again?

    shoulders, biceps and triceps. it's taken me 6 months to add 300g of lbm to each arm according to the last dexa scan. My quads and ass grow just by looking at the squat rack. Same with calves. I'll swap body parts with you guys any day !

    all out bulks don't work well for skinny fats, atleast it didn't for me, especially if you are starting out from around 20% BF. Fat does not accumulate proportionately around the body for SF's - you end up not being able to fit into your shirts due to enormous belly but still have lean noodle...

    Cut to 10% ish then slow bulk for a couple of years. This will give you easy 5-10% to play with. I have a similar body type to you, get fat around the gut and boobs easy when eating too much over maintenance. Slow and steady bulk from a lean base for the win.

    How long do you expect to stay in single digit BF% after you stop the cycle? Are you doing this for a comp? Once you increase your calories in PCT the fat will come back quickly. If you don't increase cals you will lose a lot of muscle - a large calorie deficit and miniscule test levels means...

    I read a book by Tudor Bompa recently. I think he is against going to failure for strength training but recommends it for bodybuilding. I'll see if I can dig it up.
