    no, mod-grf has a half life of around 30 minutes and is combined with GHRP to magnify the GH pulse - you need to pin them at the same time to get the benefits.

    yeah tried it for a few months when it was legal. did get some prolactin and libido sides but was pinning 4-5 times a day. never had igf1 but from what I've heard you will get more out of it than ghrp, provided you can find a good source.

    What are you trying to achieve by increasing reps and sets and reducing resting time? Is this routine done 3 times a week, full body workouts? The headache might be from the sudden increase in volume i.e no gradual build up

    From what guys in the gym have told me the Aussie sourced stuff is severely overpriced and underdosed . Prepare to spend $350 a month or be disappointed. And even then you'll likely be underwhelmed by the minuscule gains. Buy creatine instead you'll get more out of it at a fraction of the price.

    looks good. I'd swap deadlift for SLDL and do 3 sets though. You can keep progression as per SS or try increasing reps weekly between 8-12 then increase weight and start again.
