    - train biggest muscle groups first - the barbell is your best friend - effort. A crap routine done with maximum effort yields more results than an excellent routine done half arsed.

    Working your transverse abdominus muscle will help to suck your stomach back. Some heavy lifting, accurate core activation techniques and stomach vacuums assist in developing the muscle.

    Refrigerating Protein Powder

    I don't think that anything will go wrong with protein powder if you store it at 4 degrees. At the worse there might be some clumping. You should really only be concerned with protein powder that has been stored in excessive heat where denaturing of the enzymes may occur.
