    How you know if you are getting enough vitamins

    Confused.. what you mean 3pm crash? I don't drink coffee anyway. I get really tried around 8pm I find it really hard to stay up. Maybe because I'm up at 3am. I have started taking fish oil, this pill call acetyl-l-carnitine which has really help with energy and I'm also taking vitamin B.

    To tell you the truth I have no idea why. I think maybe because it puts you in the right position already unlike just doing it freely.

    I like a gym with a stepper machine. I'm not sure what its called but it has a few steps like walking up stairs and it just goes around. I also like a gym with a variety of weight machines as I hate cardio and refuse to do cardio. As I think doing weights burns more fat anyway

    Yes tell me about it and you never get use to it. I break in and re educate racing horse's so its hard work. When I started I lost 6kilos in one month.

    Someone told me about a rhino's juice you can buy from the supplement store. Its suppose to give you a lot of energy. Someone explained the energy like dropping a pill. Has anyone heard of it and tried it?

    Just wear sun screen. Also just eat healthy because what you put on the inside really does show on the outside
