    Training Program

Nubyweed, "There is no such thing as stupid questions... only stupid people" (Mr Garison - Southpark). :P ;D :D Your questions are valid, have a look at the routines in the forum for guidance. Most people train for 3 or 4 days then 1 or 2 day rest. It depends on what you are trying to acheive...

Welcome Orcus0069, glad to see someone the same age as me. I'm not into BB seriously, left my run too late, and since I'm a family man, it makes it hard to think of yourself. Good luck with the goals! MightyTriby

    Wide-Grip Benchpressing

I don't have a bench to do these, but you should have your hands or your elbows at 90 degrees roughly. Do like a normal bench press, down to your chest and back up.

    Harden Muscles

Check out my other post in "Off Season". the photo's are of Lee Priest, you can see that if you carry alot of fat, the muscles do not look hard, but reduce the fat, and they should appear hard.

Huski, This is Lee Priest. Check out the love handles. See if you diet hard enough, and live at the gym for months, you too can have his body. Drama with that is, that, we all have jobs to go to instead.

    I am sick of trying!

Mondo, How much for the roids? Mate I don't know what to tell you, look everyone is different. I am short, I am not huge, I just feel stronger, and I look better (I think so). I am not going to compete (no way), I am just doing it to keep healthy. I still have body fat, but at least...

    I am sick of trying!

Hmmm, Mondo, it sounds to me as though you are doing smaller weights, more repetitions. This is great if you are trying to lose weight, ie the show "the biggest loser". What you need to do is use more weight, less repetitions. I could be wrong, your trainer might be giving you lesser weights...
