    Yeah grip width looks a little narrow for a standard bench press to me. Also something that really helped me was keeping my wrists above my elbows so the forearm is basically going straight up and you're not losing any strength or power controlling the bar. Not sure why your head is all over...

    I've tried a lot of different ones. I find the smoother consistancy (less lumpy) ones taste worst. I reckon the the Aldi Be Light 500g cottage cheese is easily the tastiest. I go there every week and buy 5 tubs of it.

    Check the load rating on that squat rack. I have a feeling it won't be very high at all. I like Aldi and do my grocery shopping there every week but at 99 bucks for a squat rack I'd suggest it's for light weight use only.
