    Question on Chest

You have to gain the muscle mass first, so do a 5x5 or PTC beginner style programme and once you have the foundations so to speak, then you can start doing isolation style exercises like cable flyes, incline/decline etc etc to define your physique if thats what you want to do.

    Question on Chest

The early days of Arnolds career, he was solely focused on increasing muscle size with scant regard to definition, I think he was benching 450 or 500lb unassisted. It was only with the size he wanted that he began to really smash isolation exercises to chisel up and get the seperation and...

    Do long-distant relationships work?

in most cases they dont work. If you are serious, then look into moving overseas. But bear in mind if it all falls in a heap, you'll be in a foreign country with very little to no support network. Its a gamble, are you willing to place the bet?

    Is this supp any good?

over-priced to the max! you can get a generic version thats exactly the same for less than half the price. I didn't much care for the unflavoured version.

    Egg white protein

Why not just buy frozen egg whites by golden eggs from Coles? They are in a plastic bag thing with a screw lid spout. They come in 950ml packs for $6/$7 or you can get 5kg bulk packs. The only problem with bulk packs is that you have to eat them within 4 or 7 days of thawing (or something like...

the what u saw at the gym TODAY thread

There is a bloke at my gym who loads up a bar with 200kg and does shrugs - unfortunately he cant even lift the bar and sits there hunched over the bar on the ground shreiking like a banshee and "shrugging". I thought he was joking around at first, but he does it weekly. If it wasn't such an open...

    Strawberry WPI + Water

Everyone has a different opinion on taste, but at the end of the day you man up and chug it down - its never gonna taste sensational really mixed with water. IMO mixability is more important than taste....nothing worse than drinking chunks.

Who has long term experience with wrecked knees and squats?

Building up muscle around the knee supports it better. The flipside to that is that heavier and heavier weights you start using put greater pressure on your joints. So I'd try and find a balance point somewhere in the middle. But.... Can you have surgery to repair the damage? Long term it...

    Supplements and steroids vs. time!

No idea, just a few random tanks at a gym I used to go to that were into their bodybuilding. Just idle chat about diet, supplements etc while waiting for a weight bench and they said (amongst other things) they were cycling with test and clen. Steriod use doesn't interest me in any way shape or...
