    i went to a local tractor centre and they gave me a big one, i flip for reps, i forget what size.... Just be up front and ask nicely, i would ask to speak the manager.

    I'm in real good nick at the moment, I play grade rugby in newcastle, been doing so much running, tackling etc etc since december for pre season! Heaps of drills where us fowards are basically hitting the deck and getting up again, easily doing 20-30 burpee like movements every training...

    I also see more isolation exercises in my gym than you can poke a stick, everyone is afraid of the olympic lifts and when i deadlift 180kg and start banging weights around, i usually get a small crowd around me, like i've invented fire for the first time.     I got to 65 in about 5 minutes and I was completely gassed, i literally couldnt walk home. I reckon the following 35 would have taken atleast 10 minutes.
