    100 burpees Challenge!

    How about this. Monday - 5x5. Tuesday - Basketball. Wednesday - 5x5. Thursday - Burpees. Friday - 5x5. Weekend - rest. I don't feel as though that's overdoing it.

    Start exercising son! Take up sport or in the very least ride your dushy after school or walk or something! start squatting! But seriously, if you clean up your eating, consuming less kilojoules than you need and start exercising you'll be killing the ladies by year 12! I'll leave the diet...

    We used to do these at football training, they used to give my back hell, I used to believe that burpees were bad for one's back, but not after weight training and strengthening the back, i must say I have changed my tune, I am a fan of the burpee now.
