    Deadlifting and assisting tools?

    I do, they are the greatest things for holding onto the bar. I use the loop and tail ones, as opposed to figure 8, much prefer the tail, dunno why, probably just in my head! I'm going to give 3x3 deadlifts a go with no straps and see how i go. If it's no good i will go back to 5x5 with straps.

    Mate I'm that far retarded with numbers and memory, that I write everything down, as I go and before I go in, so I know. People might think I'm retarded carrying around a note pad, but If I had to try and remember my sets and weights etc, I wouldn't be able to function.
