    Well I think its DOMS usually after a big workout or trying some new exercises, tends to last 1-3 days so I'm hoping the roller will help decrease that time or the level of soreness. How does this one look? Seems good value...

    I can only see Australian soldiers benefiting from the US Marine presence, even though Aussie soldiers are great The Marines are well known around the world for their strength and skills, I'm sure the Aussies could learn a thing or two from these guys, they are machines.

    thanks gusy. I have the lemon flavoured green tea from aldi, amazing price and tastes as good as the expensive twinings brands. May give BNs a bash its only $18 for around 3 months worths! Hopefully max or Bioflex will have some input on this too.
