    What is YOUR breakfast!

    Protein shake as soon as I get up. *shower, prep meals to take to work* Followed by 5 eggs on x2 pieces wholegrain toast, cup of oats with chopped up banana and some sultanas & honey. (also take multi vit, fish oil and glucosamine)

    Do you buy or bring lunch to work?

    I take mine to work, just so know Im going to be getting a good meal. If on the odd chance I havent got food prepped for the day (rarely happens) will buy a roast chicken and have that with a wholegrain roll for lunch.

    How many shakes a day?

    2-3 depending on how the day pans out. (post w/o, pre bed, sometimes first thing if on the run and no time for b'fast)

    Yeah definitely easy to initially have a bit of a laugh at, but then like its been said, those other guys train their a$$' off and to have some ass clown get up there taking the pi$$ out of their hard work, would get to you..

    What's your favourite place to buy supplements?

    I get my protein from A1, but still (hanging head in shame) import my other supps from the u.s. Can't afford to pay the prices for what it is here, and yes I work in a retail job so I know the consequence of it pushing up price's here and not keeping the $$ in aus suppliers etc etc...:(

    Just had my 4 eggs on wholemeal (1 slice, no butter) bread, yogurt and apple for breakfast. Day off work today so enjoy being able to change around my meals to what I feel like, rather than having what I prepared the night before in a container:)

    ^ Never get tired of those Terry Tate commercials ha ha!!! Have to agree though, been on bb.com for a while now and the same old threads coming up time after time does make you want to head butt the shyt out of your screen.

    Seven hours the magic number for sleep

    Average 8 hours most nights. Varies on some nights if I don't get to hit the gym until later than normal (usually get there about 7:30pm) and some morning's get up hour or so earlier for morning cardio session, or if I ride my push bike to work.

    Morning tea (about 10:30am) at work is tin of tuna with cottage cheese on vita wheat crackers, and an apple. I also snack on raw cashews between meals if I'm needing a fix, but try to hold off until my meals. Lunch varies but all in all same ol routine across the board. Chicken, fish, rice, red...
