Fat man on a weight-loss kick.

Wow, what do I say to that. Awesome stuff. I haven't slept properly since I can remember. I don't think I really ever have. I've incorporated what little sleep I do get as a part of my life. All of my friends know me as the guy that falls asleep at the movies, because it's one of the few...

Fat man on a weight-loss kick.

Mate, 8 hours is a pipe-dream. I can't sleep because my head races. I've dumped 3 valium and still not been able to sleep. I just can't turn my mind off at bed time and I lay there for hours in an extremely agitated state trying to fall asleep. Before I know it, it's 6 and time for work. Eyes...

Fat man on a weight-loss kick.

Eh, read up a little more on the stuff I never actually took. I don't think I like the risks. Going to incorporate lots of Oysters, Avocado, Salmon and natural Testosterone foods to see if it helps. I remember the doc saying mine was 12.

Fat man on a weight-loss kick.

That explains everything. Even my partner was telling me I was eating quite healthily and I just chug on weight from *looking* at fatty foods. How depressing. I'm going to the docs ASAP. P.S, I remember the stuff the docs prescribed for me because I chuckled at it. It was called "Testogel"...

Fat man on a weight-loss kick.

Cheers for the response!. It gave me something positive to read at 7am @ work. My previous injury is odd. If I lift a box and carry it, it starts hurting untill it's eventually crippling (if it's heavy enough). But then in other ways, where I swear I'm using the same muscle, it never comes up...

Fat man on a weight-loss kick.

You guys are an amazing lot ;) I've printed out both your (Oliver) and Macca's suggested foods and given them to the mrs. I'll ride out the rest of the week on 800 cals a day and start next working week.

Fat man on a weight-loss kick.

I'm going to use that and one of the posters above and alternate between them when this week is through. The beginners lifting guide is a bit black and white. I'll have a go at it every night at the gym. I am unfamiliar with some of the terminology, though.

Fat man on a weight-loss kick.

I can't find the "Marko's beginners guide" you're referring to. Do you have a link for it? I'm going to try exactly what you've listed there after Thursday late night shopping ;) The importance to me is having something practical enough for my demanding job etc that I do actually stick to it...

Fat man on a weight-loss kick.

Quality reply, I appreciate it heaps, especially in being that I have no posts, could be anyone leeching a quick fix of advice. Very genuine. My new outlook is not one that is diminishing. I have the fortune of having been I guess humbly ripped and decent looking before my current stint, so I...

Fat man on a weight-loss kick.

As I now understand it, as long as the muscles are supplemented with the protein they require for maintenance, the weight reduction will be from water / skin / fat. Or is that untrue?

Fat man on a weight-loss kick.

I have 2 shakes and dinner. Each shake is 200 calories and dinner is around 400, maybe a bit less.

Fat man on a weight-loss kick.

G'day forum, Last week I decided to stop being the embarrassing fat man next to my stupidly patient and attractive girlfriend and get on to my weight. I'm 25, and up until 2005-ish I was looking amazing. At that time I was 90 kilos and I didn't have any visible chub at all. I was feeling...

the what u saw at the gym TODAY thread

Simmer down skirt. There's a difference between giving advice on the bleedingly obvious and sounding smart, or remaining contextually relevant to the post made. You're right about all of that shit, but you'd have to be a dribbling retard to not know it. I guess I just had higher expectations...

the what u saw at the gym TODAY thread

Great, glossing over this thread has now prepared me to go to the gym tonight and be self conscious that all of the pro-elite-super-max-hardcore guys think I'm a massive fuck-wit because my leg is slightly to the left when I do my lat pull downs. Or that my etiquette, form or general vibe is...
