    Glute Ham bench - GHD (Quality)

    I am 125kg and the force USA ones do not wobble or move when I use them. The adjustment screws are a pain in the arse as they screw into holes rather than just against the bare metal. But, this does make them 100% secure.

    I can't find the blog post but basically the reason it doesn't rot is because it's too small and dehydrates before it has a chance to grow bacteria. Mold needs warmth + water + food to grow and because the patty/bun is so small it loses all it's water weight before the mold can grow.

    I bought a panasonic lumix about 3 years ago and it takes video fine, so anything you can get these days around ~$150 should be much of a muchness.
