    To be honest its tit for tat stuff. Feeling is what forms the basis of ones opinion. I've used both systems and mac is quite limited and they always have been. Windows doesn't have the same limitations, but has a tendency to be a pain in the ass.

    Sprint training while bulking..

    V02 max training m8t will get you there. 3/sessions a week 5km and push yourself. Get that heart racing and your fitness will improve out of site. Try beat your times on a weekly basis.

    Is DAA really any good. I've heard 50 percent tops increase. The more test you get out of it would ultimately mean more estrogen. seems to be similar to that cholestrol shit which didn't last long (effectiveness).

    Saw a sports doctor at 110 a session now i'm using mizuno wave ultima 2 but before i was running with a cheap nike shoe and havn't had any problems with recurring pain. The area still feels weird though after intense sessions, but apparently thats normal. Hips were checked and they were fine...

    My doc said my OP was from overdoing it (running) and bad foot wear, but i do admit after i was painless which took 18 weeks. I started doing alot of squats and i havn't had a flare up yet from running. Shit of an injury if you get it and docs see it as a cash grab also.

    I know south of rottnest is producing bulk tuna, 10 kilo's or so fish. Hopefully be hitting it this weekend and have some tuna steaks for supper
