    I agree with that. Still the exact mechanisms involved in arteriosclerosis and atherosclerosis for that matter are still really wishy-washy but i guess it's better to be safe than sorry.

    Pure/Unflavoured Protien Powders, what do they taste like?

    Jonno, I've never tried unflavoured (this will be 3rd time buying protein powder) and some people say it has this creamy taste, while others say it tastes crap. No one has said that it tastes flavourless. I guess when i finally get it i'll be able to give my opinion on the matter.

    I'm pretty sure dietary cholestrol has been found not to raise plasma cholestrol. Don't have the exact studies on me, but i thought this had been floating around for a while now.

    I'd say that depends on what flavouring you add. Most flavouring only adds about maybe 1g of carbs and maybe like less than 1g of fat. They generally use artifical sweeteners so that's why. Back on topic though, so does unflavoured WPC actually taste creamy? I was planning on getting a 5kg bag...

    As long as it fits within your intended caloric target whether it is for losing weight or gaining weight then it should be fine. I don't think you should try to deprive yourself of what you find tastes better. If you need to maybe eat less of tuna in olive oil than in water than do that. Or...
