    when you are using a more natural narrower stance, its harder to cut depth unless you have something like knee wraps or a suit tightening up at the bottom. I dont want to kill my stretch reflex.

    arent things like TK and rehband knee sleeves allowed in CAPO raw? WPC rules dont say you cant have them, if so thats pretty retarded they do nothing but keep your joints warm. Those and my weight lifting shoes are like the best pieces of equipment I have without a doubt.

    If sheiko squatting is easy then bump up your maxes on the programming. On the double squat days you can program the other half of the squatting for things such as paused squatting or box squatting or w/e with different percentages, trying to tackle your weak points I think this is what Markos...
