    Vanity vs Numbers

    I want both... strength and vanity. However, i have been quite solid over the last two years (including too much body fat), vanity has taken a higher priority leading up to summer. I am still lifting as heavy as possible though while burning as much body fat as possible.

    Egg whites from supermarket

    Exactly my thoughts. :) As others have said, not at all. I used to eat 1 whole can of tuna for lunch - 25.6g of protein per 100g for 425g total = 108.8g... and I used to have 500g of steak for dinner which would equate to approx ~ 120g per sitting. ;)

    Tuna tuna tuna

    Cannot live without tuna. I absolutely love the stuff! When bulking (for lunch), I used to smash down 1 x 425g tin (with olive oil), with 1/2 a chopped cucumber, 1 x chopped tomato, 1/2 an avocado with dash of Paul Newman's 'light' Balsamic dressing. I still eat the same thing every day...
