    Feet crossed behind you, bench or chair under feet. Spot yourself by resting feet to take weight off or even pressing down for assistance. Cheap, easy, done. Do em first, then other stuff like pulldowns and rows to start building back strength. Bands and negatives work too.

    Seriously doesn't matter which one you do. Close grip, wide grip, underhand, overhand, in a hat, on a mat. Heavy, full ROM, bend over, go hard - be big and strong.

    No you can't train em every day or every session, but one or two exercises twice a week is sweet. Don't get caught up on it, just train.

    When you train, make your first two or three back exercises unilateral, like a dumbell row, and do it with the underdeveloped side first. However many reps you get on that side, only do that many with the right. They'll even up.
