    I would be interested to see some real info, studies etc, on the benefit of the burpee. Clearly, its a pretty humbling exercise and makes a lot of sense. Would like to see what the experts have to say.

    Most of my lifting has been 3-4 months on then 3-4 months off. Pretty sad. Tons of time I could have been gaining and I was just gaining and losing. Basically, maintaining the strength I had playing football. Lately, I have set goals and told people about them. I find this a great motivator.

    Maybe 6 Bench is a great exercise but is unnecessarily the cornerstone to many programs. The shoulder one seems odd too. Defranco is an interesting story where he has built a business by giving out tons of free info. And its paid him back many times over. There is no magic to what he does...
