    500 calories of junk carbs one night a week is undoing all my progress Ive made during the week? Maybe I shouldve been clearer when I wrote no junk during the week. I eat ice cream on saturday night 500 cals worth I dont think that is going to undo all my progress.

    Thanks, yeah I was concerned I was going to get the ss and milk deal but its actually been good. I will always squat,dead, press etc, favourite exercises. I guess I could just try upping the volume from what Im currently doing.

    I surf 3 hours a week as well and I do count cals, 1500 6 days a week and 2000-2500 once a week, usually 2000.

    Will do whats your paypal account? Thats part of my problem I have no confidence in the programs I choose, my diet should be fine I should be able to lose weight how Im eating but it doesnt seem to be happening. Ill check out that program though, thanks.

    Nah its not the same one, I have spoken to a couple of nutritionists and they all say "youre not overweight losing weight is not good" or something along those lines. I guess I could search for a nutritionist that deals with guys that want better physiques not ones that have chronic diseases.
