Not bad form/technique. It is a pre existing injury but I do wait for it to heal it just seems to keep happening. I have osteitis pubis at the moment as well so thats a pain in the ass.
Bella if you really are disappointed about not being able to post pics of your tits, I never saw them, so feel free to PM me a few.
Anything I can do to make a fellow Ausbb member happier.
I had no idea where that comment came from or what it meant but I assumed it came from something stupid Oni said. Going by the following comments I think I was right in my assumptions.
I also use cadbury chocolate flavoring, its strong and only 100cals per serv and that is a strong serve. You could probably half it and still have a great taste, I use it with milk powder though not protein.
Power supplements have awesome tasting protein, and you can buy it in different flavors. They use stevia to sweeten it as well, honestly they have the best tasting protein I have ever had. The only problem for me is it gave me the runs big time, thats not to say it will for everyone, as I have a...
Haha, yeah cheaper is always good.
The injury is a ligament in my back/costal joint so I get a little neural issue from it as well seeing the physio keeps me a little mobile and able to turn my neck properly. Everytime I start training again I make small progress but then the injury out paces...
I just found a chemist that will sell GH to me for $250/ vial, so I could do 4 vials cheaper or run 6 vials and run it for 9 weeks. Its just an ass load of money, maybe I should consider just continue going to the physio every week or so for the next 6 months and hope it heels.
looks like i might have to save up for a while, best i can afford is 2iu for 6 weeks. Im trying to find out if a health insurance provider will cover some of the cost.
Would it be worth running it at 2iu for only 6 weeks?
I was just reading it takes about 3 months on 1iu to feel the full benefits, but that was from some hormone replacement site in Australia.
As weird as this sounds I have had a feeling for a long time that something was wrong, specifically with growth hormone I even dreamt that thats what the Dr told me.
Does GH really have an effect on psychological well being?
I am kind of leaning towards spending the money and doing it but its...
I asked about black market stuff he said pretty much all of it is igf1 not HGH, something about igf1 is a product of GH. That the stuff thats made to mimic igf1 isnt stable once injected and doesnt particularly work very well, if at all.
There was one other thing I cant really train intensely at the moment due to injuries so is it worth doing now or hoping my injuries get better and doing it then?
Hammer that seemed like a pretty definitive answer, if you had the option would you do it even at that cost?
So just a quick post to get opinions from guys much wiser than I.
I have had an injury going on for 6 months now and it wont seem to heel, I also have a couple of other pop up. I had a blood test done and it turns out on what ever the measuring scales is my growth hormone is only 7.1, normal...
