Have to agree with what SteveP said, the rest of my life is fairly sedentary at the moment besides my workouts so i have plenty of time to recover.
And yes Silverback i agree doing 6 full body workouts would destroy you over time.
I disagree, this just means you have a different type of life.
this is a hobby a drive and a sport for some people just because someone thinks of something in a different way to you doesn't mean it's not something to be proud of necessarily.

This is true however doesn't seem to bother anyone here, where as she thinks it's disgusting that i'm eating/adding something to my shakes that has the consistency of snot :)
haha this is on the list! as well as raw eggs because one person in particular thinks it's disgusting that i put them in my protein shakes and constantly tells me I'm going to get salmonella poisoning :p
So i understand that this might be a tall order as a high percentage of taste is smell :p
But recently my work colleagues are complaining that my food smells "disgusting"
currently eating lean mince, spinach, brown rice with jalepenos and garlic mixed through.

a lot of guys on the forum seem to be like this, if you're already so sure of yourself why did you join as most forums point and position is to educate, teach and share the knowledge of fellow hobby holders.

super jealous kaz, i'm only a young guy trying to save up for a deposit in perth.

Yeah that's the plan steveP, will switch asap and hit it hard, 2 weeks left to make a major difference see how we go haha, i've still shown progress just can't help but think i could show more if i had've been eating the right thing.

Okay. Sooo was looking through my diet just recapping on things, Trainer has put down to have 200g of chicken thigh yet put the macros in as breast....so i've been eating chicken thigh for 2 months which has easily put my fats over every day by ~25g.
