    The Bentley gym is their flag ship 24/7 gym, it's what most of the newer/refurbished gyms have been trying to replicate if you take a look at somewhere like the new goodlife in cockburn above gateways and similar gyms they're all based off the bentley one :)

    As stated above jzpowahz, been on the program for 4 weeks the first 3 i weighed in at 80 kg now back down to 79.5. Have to go home and measure my waste that was the next step :)

    Completely agree Penn but I've signed up for this transformation and I'd rather not let the trainer down as he's just starting out and is actually a genuine person so I'd like to please us both haha, I'm sure my diet and regime will change even if it's just minimally after i'm done the 10 weeks.

    Very! haha they don't seem to be hindering me much, just keeping form in check and keeping everything tight the gains to my strength are amazing wish i had've started earlier!
