    What lift did you always shun until you tried it for yourself?

    TBH, i always stayed away from deadlifts as i'd heard so many horror stories, i've also got issues with my legs from knee recons so never really feel upto it, do them every 2nd day now!

    Best gym u trained @??

    For all those in perth. Trained at genesis bentley for about 6 months, best gym I've seen in perth in regards to equipment, layout & Variety pitty i had to move away :(

    Any bmw fans??

    Have always liked the looks etc of the BMW's but they're way too far out of my price range, servicing is too expensive and even if i were to get a cheaper/smaller one they aren't fast enough for my likings at that point haha

    Hi Guys, Names Andrew, From perth. Currently studying my Cert 3,4 and Diploma of fitness 3 Knee Recons, 1 Abdominal Wall tear (not a normal hernia) Been lifting weights on and off for about 4 years, just getting serious about it now and injury free!
