    Force USA Power Rack

    I don't use it for dips much but use the chins a lot and never had any problems I actually got hold off 4 extra band pegs so i do use 4 to store standard plates at the back of the rack. This definitely helps stop any possible movement of the rack.

    the only Con for me and it isn't really a con because all racks at this price point have it is pulling the safety bar in and out of the holes isn't that troublesome, but i can see why the quick release safety bars in the high end racks are cool

    I also recommend a power rack There is so much potential with a power rack E.g. you have the chin up bar, bands, chains etc I am always finding more uses for my power rack.

    Thanks for the info Nightfalltech I reckon i will do things like Burpees, chin ups, battle ropes, sled pulling/pushing, Sandbag carry and loading, farmers walk other bodyweight exercises and sprints (not distance running) with it. Will the Iron edge one be ok for this ?

    Thanks guys, really appreciate the info and pics :) Force usa seem to be mirroring the entire product range of Iron edge (or the other way round). E.g. i thought Iron edge was the only company to make Slosh balls (water balls) and aqua bags, but no Force USA have them as well.
