My Homemade Rack Mounted Wrist Rollers (pics)

hey mate, after reading your post, i decided to give that a go, putting my roller through a barbell on the rack. I found the knurling on the barbell was grinding into the inner side of the PVC pipe. Do you have this problem or does your barbell not have any knurling ? anyway for this reason...

    Adjustable Dumbbells

I personally don't consider these adjustable dumbells , they are just dumbell bars and collars and weight plates (i have a few sets of these kind of things and obviously are fine because they are bars and weights. I consider 'modern' adjustable dumbells the ones where you can quick change the...

    Adjustable Dumbbells

yeah cheap adjustable dumbells are a recipe for disaster. Either get quality ones (powerblock, bowflex, ironmasters etc) or do what i am doing, gradually building up a collection of quality rubber coated hex dumbells. I buy a new pair every 4-6 weeks

    Australian Equipment Manufacturers ?

What are some of the biggest Australian Fitness equipment manufactuers ? Actually making their own products, not just importing overseas brands. The only one i know of is Ironedge. I'm not surprised they supply all the AFL clubs and other big sporting teams, they don't seem to have much...

    Force USA Power Rack

iPound , Wingman and Oznut Guys, just so we know everyone is on the same page , i think going by the photos he took in the Show us a pic of your home gym thread, Oznut has the F-HPR power rack, not the F-PC power rack which this thread mainly discusses (easy to tell the difference, the F-HPR...

    Force USA Power Rack

i haven't tried out the dip handles yet. G&F said they just about cleared out their stock of the 'old' model so it would be unlikely you would get one of those. If you buy from their ebay site and use the make offer option, you can get a real good price. Just don't be too greedy and offer too...

My Homemade Rack Mounted Wrist Rollers (pics)

If you have a power rack with safety bars , these are great. So cheap and easy to make and a genuinely great forearm workout, not to mention lots of fun. I believe exercise variety is more important for the mind than the body so you don't get bored. I made three wrist rollers , each different...
