    Fasted cardio, then just now shoulders. day two of cutting phase, I was drenched in sweat in gym, and a little fatigued. did more volume,rather than heavy weights with my presses.

    Tried some last night with my chicken breast and broccoli puree. I dry fryed them in the pan I just cooked my chicken breast in, that had a small amount of coconut oil residue and spices left over. very enjoyable!

    The best measure is the tightness in my upper traps/neck pain, and it is better (some of the time) i think ink the external rotation work I do daily is probably benefiting me more than the pulling work, but it,all adds up. i also make sure I stretch out my pecs and delts 4-5 days per week. I...

    Yeah, maybe a little, but more so my delts are rolled forward. I guess this is hunched posture? doing lots of external rotation stuff, and when rolling shoulders back posture is perfect

    I usually alternate my focus each week. One week I will start with rows,mthe finish with pull downs, the next will be pull down then rows. i have a very wide back, but need to correct my posture/ structure to help over tight pecs and front delts, so tend to do more pulling stuff these days.

    I see Maxs have a high leucine WPI that they claim is 95%. I can appreciate the WPC might be upsetting my stomach. i looked at the dymatize, they claim 90% protein, but see they have BCAAS too. Is this on top of the 90%, making up the difference?
