How far do you ride to work?

I've got a mate who rode 28 km to work on his second bike ride. Just took a bit of determination. With a good bike, you'll be surprised at the minimal difference between 15 km and 45 km. I'd suggest working up to it over about two to three weeks unless you have a prior injury or are massively...

Agree 100 percent. It's the reason I haven't bought a competition bench yet - partly due to space then partly due to wanting a quality one with adjustable spotters... Making the cost somewhat prohibitive. Means my Power Rack is the centre of my life in the gym - as it should be!

2 sets of 3 at 100 kg paused bench. Previous 100 kg RM was two, so very happy with that for ole Mr Poverty Bench over here.

Top work! I'll admit though, for the most part I bench the same without a spotter - developed a pattern I guess

I've had them for nearly twelve months now, and haven't had the tiniest of issues with them. From the get go, I was impressed with the quality of manufacture, especially considering what I picked mine up for (just as they were releasing 2.0). They appear to be very good copies of the Pendlay...

Sauna is something I've been planning to put into my home gym when we build our place. Only thing is, I've never tried one of the Infrared Saunas that can be had for low $$ and power, and a hot rock is a lot of money, time and power. I would love a pie warmer (also for sausage rolls) and then...

Sounds outstanding. The only things that I can think that you haven't got on your list of inclusions is a pie warmer and a sauna! (note these should be different items for hopefully obvious reasons)

Eh, other than the last 18 months, I just about never flat barbell benched. Only thing that happens is you end up terrible at flat benching. Not a big deal for a bb-er obviously.
