    I concur with the lack of volume being an issue - so when I used to run it (with great success), I did the ole 'major for 3-4 sets of 8-10 after main sets' Chestnut and thoroughly enjoyed it, plus got some great improvement on lifts.

    Thanks mate - it's been quite a few years in the making, but I'm happy with it. Would love to get an RML-690, replace my crappy barbell, swap the treadmill for a Concept2 (or even have both!), but it certainly gets the job done. Some chains and sets of bands in the near future though ☺️

    Juggernaut Training Systems Olympic Weightlifter. Famous for squatting everyday for about a bazillion days. Would occasionally come in and warm up with only a few reps because the movements were so efficient for him. From memory, he came in and either high bar or front squatted 250+kg cold one...

    Honestly, I think it is waaaaay too much bicep and tricep dedicated work and not enough chins/pull-ups - unless you have a mobility issue... Though judging by exercise selection you don't. I'd drop one complete day of biceps out, and sub in chins. Would probably cut the other day to 2-3...
