    I will post up a vid later of a lady doing reps with about 5cm ROM. This was on leg curls. After Pressdowns and Pulldowns. Before cable Flyes and pec dec Flyes, and hyper extensions, etc. All with between 5& 10% ROM.

    Total: 432.5kg Sessions: Anywhere from 45 mins - 2 hours. Usually 60-90 mins. Workouts: Cycle 2 days on, 1 off, 2 days on, 1 off and repeat.
