    Yep food scales so you can weigh out your food raw as you prepare them. You can enter in food manually on MFP. If there are barcodes to scan for every meal you have I'd say there's a problem lol

    8kg! How long did it take for you to lose that? And did you go on a drastic deficit to achieve this? I've been able to keep intensity high but volume is down so far. AMRAP sets are not what they used to be, even with ep1c :rolleyes:
