    All though there are some reasonable points in that article, I still found more wrong with it than there is right. The thing that bugs me is these people are preaching to the masses who are easily lead to believe anything they read.

    Keep doing full body workout 3 times a week. Your 18, eat what you want, just make sure you are getting your requirement of protein and fat. Start a log to keep track of training and others to give advice.

    I always thought that if I wore a belt it would not allow my core to be worked as much. That is probabley my only reason for not buying one.

    If you train at 11am, your body is still digesting your breakfast. If you train at 4pm, your body is still digesting you lunch and maybe even your breakfast. For example, I train fasted. Last meal before I work out is the night before at 6.30pm. I train at 11am and I only have some EAA's and...

    Won't matter mate unless your training fasted. Your body will still be digesting your lunch at 4pm.
