    The trick is to melt the chocolate then mix in after fluffing the mix. This will start solidifying the choc into choc chips infused into the fluff

    I'll be working every day making sure the citizens of Brisbane are not going to get flooded without some warning. lol Will still be doing a workout every 2-3 days

    I think it will give you some better knowledge on a suitable diet for yourself to create. Eating plans/diet is a personal thing. If you want someone to create one uniquely for yourself then you might have to pay for those services my friend.

    Use www.calorieking.com.au and write them down or use an excel spreadsheet. Once done report back. You might be surprised at how little or too much you are eating.
