    Be careful from buying on ebay etc. alot of the gyms are made from bits and pieces. that is they grab a section and add it too another part or a different manufacturer. The problem is with that is that they may not fit together properly and or, they are not made from the correct heavy duty...

    Big_Bruce, ezzy has some good advice. by doing the weights, you will lose weight. Once you get into the rythm of using the gym and equipment, change your routine to include cardio work. this will see you lose even more weight. Glad to see another 30+ person ;D MightyTriby
