    25 bucks at Lowes! I have a few pairs. When wearing my shorts, they don't get stuck on the skin. Def worth getting.

    I'm off to the Physio on Wed. The headaches are still occurring, but have lessened a bit. Last time I had this it lasted 2 weeks. It is not cool.

    Pretty sure it's low enough. I'll get some pics tonight of how far down I've got it. Could my lack of breathing do it? Like if I'm not breathing enough I wouldn have busted something?

    LOL, I was watching one he did showing the world what his weights room was like. He used his 20 lb dumbells to stop the bench running back into the wall. It was doing this because he was arching his back so hard hahahaha.

    If anything, up the weight. If you did 3x5 in the previous workout, but this time only managed 2x5 and 1x3, do and extra set on the end of another 3 or 4, it will make up for the missed reps, and add another, therefore progressing. If the pain is wayyy too much have an extra rest day.

    Wow, I actually saw these guys today. They wouldn't have been in the gym 20 minutes. There was two of them, they did a set on the flat bench each, a half a set on the incline bench, and then I saw them getting in their car in the carpark... wtf?!?

    Did these for the first time today, mind you with only 45kg, but I got a massive headache. I have put it down to breathing. A couple of nurofen and a cold shower picked me up and I can faintly feel it. Will work on breathing next time. Can't believe how much I just want to curl up in bed haha.

    Delivery was quick for me. WPI tastes alright with milk, but would prefer flavouring. I got the Cacao chocolate powder to mix in and didn't like it, but thats my own personal preference. Will def use again for the WPI unflavoured.
