    Just try for more reps Say you move up to 25 kg, you may only be able to do 3x6, make sure you do 3x7 next session and keep going until you can do 3x8 then go up 2.5kg

    only training 3 times a week should give you plenty of time to prepare food on your non training days :) I usually only have them straight after training, try and get your diet right first

    oats banana, vanilla biobulker and milk smoothie yesterday after wisdom teeth surgery, ice cream, jelly, more ice cream, mi goreng noodles, kfc potato and gravy mmm and pumpkin soup for dinner :( Worst thing so far is watching all the solid food ads on the tv!

    Dont be worried about the semi commercial thing, its just marketing. I have the muscle motion rack and I love it, I would prefer one of their commercial racks but dont have the space so it was an easy decision. The pull up bar is much better on the mm rack, with that you dont need the cable...

    No I didnt bother, Ill get used to it The dry powder even smells different, I still have some from a previous batch and can compare the two side by side, the new one is defiantly sweeter. The previous batch I have is only about 10 months old

    I agree, dont worry about the cable attachment, save that for a better bar or more weights. I have the MM rack also and the room inside the rack is perfect, the first one looks cramped to be honest.     Looks good, one suggestion I would recommend is swap the lat pulldown with barbell bent row. If you did that you are basically doing the PTC beginners program which everyone here recommends. What type of cardio do you do? Burpees or tabata thrusters are very good forms of high intensity...

    Mine didnt set in the fridge so placed them in the freezer overnight and cut them this morning but they started turning back to a paste straight away, was like eating porridge lol. I can handle them being sticky but would like them to remain firm, any tips?
