It drops the weight by about 1/3, so 3kg fresh meat makes about 1 kg jerky.
Micks is awesome, bhut jolokia, hot/mild chilli and pepper are the best flavours. BBQ is really bland, garlic and original are a bit better but I wont be buying them again
Train at home for the convenience, but I do miss having people/candy around as it gets quite boring with a home setup. My local only had 1 power rack and it was always being used which added to the frustration and probably the main reason I purchased one for home.
Some good gains and losses here, well done
I started at an average build 79kg, now sitting around 88kg, still with a bit of belly fat but much thicker shoulders/back/arms/quads/hams
A mate made some really good jerky using thick rump steak but it took forever, terderise it nice thin first and it wont take as long
He marinated in chopped chilli, garlic worcestershire sauce and a couple other things
117.5kg of my rubber weights are approaching 2 years old, purchased another 40kg 1 year ago and all of them have spent a good 6 months outside, they're now in a spare bedroom and it still smells. Not as bad as it was but you would think by now it would be totally gone :(
Rubber is nice to work...
Ill let you be the judge of that!!
How is this for waist to bust ratio :)
