    I cant wipe my ass but can deadlift up to 250 quite easily prior to anti-is at the moment, so its not that severe of a sprain, it is 2 weeks old. Aside from the pain relief, on the whole, I feel fucking amazing compared to normal.

    Bands

    As el freako said, youll probably benefit more from using bands for prehab, warmups and activation than actual lifting being a raw guy. 1 long band can be used for around the knees/firing the glutes, band pull aparts and/or TKE's. Just double it up or tie it off.

    Becomming a chef is now a 2 year apprentiship I believe, whereas preciously it was 4 years. Kids are coming out of tafe 'fully qualified' but absolutely useless.

    I actually competed at that comp he got caught for taking 1.3 di meth whatever during competition. The top guys were monstrous with massive frames, but chuck a t shirt on them and you wouldnt bat an eyelid. Massive difference between natural bodybuilders and the serious gear heads in person...

    Basically empty gym, maybe ten people. Twice, fucking twice, someone came and set up their shit right where I was doing farmers walks. Doing 60 second intervals, so no chance they didnt see what I was doing.

    50/50 between flies and cable crossovers. I have a naturally wide chest and flies seem to get the outside and shoulders pumped with blood and stretched out. Cable crossovers activate the inner chest to a greater degree, but less of a stretch.

    Its the push press equivalent of dumbell rows. Dont see anybody getting all menopausal over jerks and push presses.

    Thread is entitled what row helps your deadlift. Doing strict text book rows wont benefit your deadlift as much as high volume/weight/intensity.
