    Salt the piss out of it an hour or so beforehand and leave om the bench to come to room temp. Super hot seal on the bbq then like 120° in the oven for halfa or until desired doneness. Or turn half you bbq on, and cook it on the off half hood down until desired doneness and then char its brains...

    Training twice a day

    Similar. The second session always sucks ass though. Id rather just train for 3 hours than 2 x 1.5 hour session. Doing miscellaneous pump fluff on the other hand isnt too bad. Sets of 20 reps of generally isolation work to get the blood flowing for the latter session feels pretty decent. But...

    Id love to be doing a fourth day but work constraints has me running the 3 day prog. Moderate intensity moderate volume deads once a weak isnt doing much for me.

    jj80; Boris mentioned dropping the weights by 4% on shitty days, i figured why not apply it to days when feeling strong. I used a true max, so bench has been fairly easy.

    What's holding you back?

    Diet. Easily, being a chef is ironically the worst for food prep getting decent nutrition in. Suprisingly time isnt an issue, been working two jobs for the last two months, 6-7 days a week and have it set out I can get in 6-9 hours of training a week (3 x 2-3 hour sessions).

    Routine sheiko bench, the bar rolled/spun abruptly during a rep. The bearings were obviously fucked. One sleeve spun almost infinitely, whilst the other barely spun. Strained my wrist. Hopefully I can milk them for shit upkeep of equipment. Alot of the gear at the gym is dodgy.

    Ive been applying the 3.8% weight reduction for shit sessions in reverse for the majority of my bench work now. Adapted fairly well by week 6.
