    Is there anything mentioned on adjustments for sumo deadlifts? As in the reps are comparitively easier in lower percentages then conventional deadlifts. Bench Polkov; @Oni;

    Im guessing you're doing the amended over 80kg program? I just do dumbell presses on the chest exercises for the 6 rep sets and dumbell flys for the 10 rep sets on "chest muscle exercise". Not heavy, should have 2-3 reps in the tank.

    I hammer single legs as I tend to develop alot of imbalance in my hams/glutes/erectors. FEELS GOOD MAN

    What's your favorite's Pre&Post Workout Foods?

    I generally have a pretty large feed directly before training. Either 5 eggs/5 weetbix and milk or a cup of rice and 250grams of lean mince. Standard anabolic window post workout shake, 50 grams of dextrose and wpc.

    I think I posted this before, but the owner of the gym poorly installed a matrix type setup with an angled chinup bar. Like this / Didnt tighten the top bar in place before he started showing off on it, it slipped out and he plumeted to the floor from about 10+ feet high straight onto his back...
