    Got the chance to train at temple gym when I was travelling europe. Also, Yates training partner is hillarious/awesome in blood and guts, saying those workouts are intense would be an understatement.

    Theres a company (Udder Farms) that does old school un homogenised grass fed milk near me, god damn it is the tastiest shit to drink. Makes supermarket milk taste like dirty water.
