    15 minutes of actual lifting is probably a lot more then most of us do in a typical 1-1.5 hr workout

    if it was 3 circuits of 5 exercises it would be quite brutal

    seeing how its bench press with chains 70% 4x4 I would say total weight as its week 6

    started the bench program and loving it :) I see from week 5 onwards it has bench with chains does the total % include the chains so 70% 4x5 is that 50% plates 20% chains or all chains?

    I don't think it matters what brand you buy, the cheapest place to get it is from a rock climbing centre if there is one near by
