    Do still leg deads. Will stretch your hammies like a mofo. When you get better mobility, you can start standing on plates to increase the ROM.

    Kettlebells are great, but they aren't essential for bodybuilding. DKD, you also said "improve how you look". They will definitely help with this. Hi rep swings and udl's off of blocks will melt fat like nothing else. Remember some people think you dont need to do squats.

    I can't wait to give it a go. I don't want to get stupidly huge but I wouldn't mind a little boost. I don't plan on competing regularly but would love to jump on stage once for the experience. Edit: Wow I'm the only non natural and compete.

    The routine you wrote is bad. Do the one Joel wrote or even a full body routine until you can Squat 140kg, Bench 100kg and Deadlift 180kg. Good luck.
