    Definitely the calf muscles Will! A good foam roller massage is bliss on the muscles :) I attribute it to not having played bball for about 3 weeks when the season break was on.

    Thanks Hulk. I've never been able to get soreness in calves before - even with weight training, calf raises, etc etc - I was surprised that basketball could do it for me! (Not to mention that my upper body is a bit sore too... you wouldn't have ever guessed basketball is that much of a workout...

    There's an interesting GOMAD link you should read 8 Common GOMAD Mistakes You Must Avoid | StrongLifts.com #8 is worth noting... a common GOMAD mistake is not squatting!! What are you doing at the gym? If it's all bench presses and bicep curls then even GOMAD may not help you gain muscle mass.

    Just make sure you're not lactose intolerant when you start it... and build up to the 4L a day if you are going to do it (1L a day for the first week, 2L a day for the next week etc) Otherwise your stomach might not be able to cope!
