    Or me! Go to Asian grocers or food markets, their stuff is usually quite cheap. Broccoli $1-$2/kg, carrots $0.80-$1.20/kg, tomatoes $1-$2/kg, those are the prices I'm paying in Sydney.

    Aah, I don't know a great deal about equipment so I'll leave it for others to comment on. However, very nice squat! Be sure to poke around the threads here, you'll find quite a few are similar to you in strength.
